  Tandem’s Property Management group is responsible for property operations and does so through regular and ongoing review of operations, performance analysis, reporting, and the application of latest technologies and systems.

  Through its relationship with Sundance Development Corporation and other industry participants, The Tandem Group and its clients have made investment in early stage, long-term land positions in key growth areas in Southern Ontario. The investment objective is to cultivate medium and long-term opportunities to participate in development and construction across multiple asset classes on a low land cost basis.

We offer direct participation through joint ventures, co-tenancies and limited partnerships.
