With regular and ongoing reporting, review of operations, performance and analysis of real estate factors such as macro-economic economic conditions, trends in financing, application of latest technologies and systems, we provide services to maintain and enhance the value of assets.

DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION
With over 8 years development and residential construction experience in partnership with its sister company Sundance Development Corporation and Sundance Homes, the Tandem Group operates in the field of development and construction. Development expertise is central to realizing value-added opportunity, analyzing potential value and sourcing income producing asset acquisitions at above market returns.

LAND BANKING
Through its relationship with Sundance Development Corporation and other industry participants, The Tandem Group cultivates opportunities to participate in development and construction across multiple industry sectors. To date Tandem has completed two land bank funds with assemblies of 400 ha and 1,200 ha both north of the Greater Toronto Area. Tandem intends to participate in further land banking activities that lend itself to the full range of development activities including commercial, industrial and residential development.

STRUCTURED TRANSACTIONS
The Tandem Group has a long history of designing structured transactions to meet the needs of its owners, partners and investors. We offer direct participation through joint ventures, co-tenancies and limited partnerships, or indirectly through mezzanine financing. Transactions may be structured to address special considerations such as foreign ownership or tax concerns.
